The Bruins lose their second game in as many games as they lose to the Toronto Maple Leafs, 3-4. The score went back and forth during the whole game and the teams went into overtime, with a score of 3-3. It was there that Kulemin scored the winning goal for Toronto with 49 seconds left. Mark Recchi, Marco Sturm, and Patrice Bergeron each scored a goal in the game for the Bruins. Tim Thomas was the losing goaltender, while Jonas Gustavsson gets the win. The next Bruins game is Thursday night against the Philadelphia Flyers.
